We all know how difficult it can be to find a fair and transparent way of handling salaries. At Mpya Digital, we realized that in order to truly become the company we aspire to be, our values and approach must also be reflected in how we manage salaries.
Through the studies we reviewed on salary fairness, one key insight stood out: the perception of fairness is shaped more by the process and the level of involvement than by the actual salary figure itself.
People who understand their salary, how it is determined and why they earn what they do, are generally more satisfied and motivated. To address this challenge, we developed our own salary model and process.
We love sharing our experiences and are equally eager to hear about yours. That’s why we at Mpya Digital are hosting an evening where we’ll provide food, drinks, and hopefully some inspiration by sharing what we’ve learned.
